Data Deletion Instructions

At Mark & Joanne Canberra, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

If you would like to request deletion of any data associated with your interaction with our application or services, you can do so by following the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

info@markjoannecanberra.com

Please include:

Your full name
The email address connected to your account or Facebook profile
A short description of your request
What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will:

Verify the request
Delete the associated personal data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe
Confirm completion of the deletion request via email
Facebook / Meta Data

If you connected your Facebook account to our application, you can also remove access directly through your Facebook settings:

Go to Facebook Settings
Navigate to “Business Integrations” or “Apps and Websites”
Select our application
Remove access

Removing the application from your Facebook account will stop any future data sharing.
